Recommend for using sauna in our wellness centre
Instructions for visiting sauna
- Prior to going to the sauna take shower or refresh your body in lukewarm
water and subsequently wipe yourself dry;
- in the sauna heated minimum to 80 °C sit down on a towel and stay there
until you are sweaty, from 8 to 15 minutes;
- when you get out of the sauna take cold shower. Rinse your legs, body, hips
using hands and then your hands and the whole body. The process of cooling down
should not take longer than 10–20 seconds;
- have a rest or order a massage procedure.
- if you feel cold after 5 minutes get in the sauna again but in the dry one.
Repeat this process two more times;
- after finishing the third complete sauna procedure take cold shower, cover
the bed with a blanket, place your damp towel on it, lie down and wrap yourself
up to your neck in it;
- take one hour rest and think of the most beautiful moments of your life.
Listen to the chill-out music or dream. Drink herb tea that you can get from our
wide offer.
After visiting the sauna you will feel comfortably, pleasantly tired and in
good mood.
Finnish sauna
The muscles tightness is reduced and the overall cleanup of the organism
together with improvement of the immune system and eliminates stress.

Steam sauna
It clears airways and opens the pores of your skin.
- temperature of the environment 47–55 °C, 100% humidity;
- recommended time of staying in the sauna 15 minutes
Massage shower
It freshens the skin and promotes its blood circulation. By alternating
application of cold and warm water the immunity and endurance will increase.
Relaxation / therapeutic pool
The relaxation pool enables a pleasant stay in thermal water of the
temperature of 38°C with therapeutic, relaxing, regenerative and sedative
effects. When staying in this pool, do not forget to massage and relax your body
by water jets.
